What Is a 921/T15 LED Bulb?
A 921 LED bulb is a compact, single-function automotive bulb commonly sold as a T15 LED bulb. T15 describes its approximate bulb size and wedge-style design, while 921 is the bulb number. W16W is another common reference for the same standard bulb type.
A standard 921 bulb socket accepts a W2.1x9.5d push-in wedge base. The original incandescent bulb is commonly rated at 12.8V and 16W. A 921/T15 LED bulb uses less power, so it does not need to match the original 16W rating.
